The abstract submission deadline for TSME-ICoME 2025 is June 30, 2025. Interested authors are encouraged to submit a concise English abstract of no more than 300 words, including the paper title, author names, affiliations, and keywords. The abstract should clearly present the research objectives, methodology, and key findings. Accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full manuscripts in the next phase. Abstracts must be submitted via the official submission portal at https://www.submission.tsme.org/icome2025/
Notification of abstract acceptance for TSME-ICoME 2025 will be released by July 15, 2025. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the technical committee based on clarity, relevance, and academic quality.
Authors of accepted abstracts will receive an official acceptance email along with detailed instructions for full manuscript preparation and the subsequent submission timeline.
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are required to submit their full manuscripts by August 31, 2025. The manuscript must strictly follow the conference’s formatting and submission guidelines as specified in the Author Guidelines. All full papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
Accepted papers will be included in the official conference proceedings and considered for indexing as applicable.
Notification of acceptance for full manuscripts submitted to TSME-ICoME 2025 will be released by October 31, 2025. Accepted papers—based on a thorough peer-review process—will be invited for presentation at the conference.
Authors will receive reviewer feedback and, if applicable, revision instructions to ensure readiness for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Official notifications will be sent via the submission system and email.
Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the final camera-ready manuscript by November 7, 2025. The manuscript must incorporate all required revisions based on reviewer feedback and strictly follow the formatting guidelines provided by the conference. This version will be used for publication in the official TSME-ICoME 2025 proceedings.
Participants are encouraged to complete their early bird registration by November 15, 2025 to take advantage of discounted rates. This early registration option is available to both presenters and general attendees. The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, proceedings, daily lunches, coffee breaks, and other official conference activities.
The 15th TSME International Conference on Mechanical Engineering (TSME-ICoME 2025) will take place from December 9 to 12, 2025, at the Arnoma Grand Hotel Bangkok, Thailand. The conference will feature technical sessions, poster presentations, keynote speeches by internationally renowned experts, and thematic discussions that connect academia, research, and industry.
A highlight of the event is the gala dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River, offering a scenic and cultural experience under the stars. Participants will enjoy authentic Thai cuisine and live traditional performances while sailing past Bangkok’s famous riverside landmarks such as Wat Arun, The Grand Palace, and the Rama VIII Bridge, beautifully illuminated at night. This special evening promises not only memorable views but also a warm and relaxed setting for networking and camaraderie.
