All participants—including speakers and general attendees—are required to complete the registration process to attend TSME-ICoME 2025. For authors, registration is mandatory before presenting at the conference.

Registration Categories and Fees
(Details will be announced soon on the conference website.) Registration fees vary based on participant category (e.g., presenter, attendee, student) and selected publication track.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Publishing in AIP or JRAME may take more time than publishing in TSME-ICoME Proceedings. If time is a critical factor, authors are encouraged to select the TSME-ICoME Proceedings track, which typically completes publication within 1–3 months after the conference.

Payment instructions for bank transfer will be provided after the peer review process is complete. Please proceed with payment only after receiving the official acceptance notification of your full manuscript.
