All participants—including speakers and general attendees—are required to complete the registration process to attend TSME-ICoME 2025. For authors, registration is mandatory before presenting at the conference.
Submission and Registration Process
Registration Categories and Fees
(Details will be announced soon on the conference website.) Registration fees vary based on participant category (e.g., presenter, attendee, student) and selected publication track.
Publishing in AIP or JRAME may take longer than publishing in the TSME-ICoME Proceedings. If timing is a priority, authors are encouraged to select the TSME-ICoME Proceedings track, which typically completes publication within 1–2 months after the conference.
Payment Instructions
Payment details for bank transfer will be provided after the peer-review process is complete and the official acceptance notification has been issued. Please do not proceed with payment until you have received this notification.
