Accepted extended abstracts will be included in the <strong>Book of Abstracts<\/strong>, which will be distributed in printed format during the conference only.<\/p><p><strong><em>Note:<\/em><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The <strong>Book of Abstracts will not be uploaded online<\/strong><\/li><li>\u00a0Extended abstracts <strong>will not appear in the TSME-ICoME Proceedings<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Authors are required to carefully follow the submission guidelines and select the appropriate track that aligns with their intended publication outcome.<\/p><p><strong><em>Special Note:<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>High-quality manuscripts from Track 1 and extended abstracts from Track 3<\/strong> will be <strong>selected by the Editorial Board of JRAME<\/strong> for further consideration and potential publication in <strong>the Journal of Research and Applications in Mechanical Engineering (JRAME)<\/strong>, which is indexed in <strong>Scopus (Quartile 4)<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Submissions from <strong>Track 1<\/strong> and <strong>Track 3<\/strong> that are <strong>selected and invited<\/strong> by the <strong>JRAME Editorial Board<\/strong> for <strong>full manuscript development<\/strong> and <strong>subsequently accepted<\/strong> <strong>after peer review<\/strong> will not be included in the <strong>TSME-ICoME 2025 Conference Proceeding<\/strong>s. data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"row\"><p>To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all presenters at <strong>TSME-ICoME 2025<\/strong>, please carefully follow the presentation guidelines outlined below:<\/p><div class=\"row\"><p><strong>1. Language of Presentation<\/strong><\/p><\/div><ul><li>All presentations must be conducted in <strong>English<\/strong>, which is the official language of the conference. This includes both the spoken presentation and all content on presentation slides.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"row\"><p><strong>2. Time Allocation<\/strong><\/p><\/div><ul><li>Each presentation is allocated <strong>15 minutes<\/strong>:<br \/>&#8211; <strong>12 minutes<\/strong> for the oral presentation<br \/>&#8211; <strong>3 minutes<\/strong> for questions and answers<\/li><li>Please rehearse your talk in advance to ensure you stay within the allotted time.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"row\"><p><strong>3. Avoid excessive text.<\/li><li>Use high-contrast colors and readable fonts to enhance visibility.<\/li><li>Avoid reading from slides\u2014engage the audience with eye contact and confident delivery.<\/li><li>Presenters should be <strong>thoroughly familiar with their material<\/strong> and able to answer technical questions from the audience.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"row\"><p><strong>4. Equipment and Technical Setup<\/strong><\/p><\/div><ul><li>A <strong>laptop will be provided<\/strong> in each session room for presenters to use.<\/li><li>If you prefer to use <strong>your own laptop<\/strong>, you are welcome to do so. However, please bring any required adapters <strong>(e.g., USB-C to HDMI)<\/strong> to ensure compatibility with the projector.<\/li><li>All session rooms are equipped with <strong>HDMI and VGA ports<\/strong> for projector connection.<\/li><li>Ensure all media (e.g., videos, custom fonts, animations) are embedded and functioning properly before your session.<\/li><li>Bring a backup of your presentation on a <strong>USB flash drive<\/strong> in case of technical issues.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"row\"><p><strong>5. Arrival and Check-In<\/strong><\/p><\/div><ul><li>Presenters must arrive at their <strong>assigned session room at least 30 minutes before<\/strong> the scheduled presentation time.<\/li><li>Please check in with the session chair or technical staff to test equipment and upload your presentation file if needed.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6.
