For authors, <strong>registration is mandatory before presenting<\/strong> at the conference.<\/p><p><strong>Submission and Registration Process<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>First-time authors<\/strong> must first <strong>create an account<\/strong> on the TSME-ICoME 2025 submission system via the link provided at the top of the website.<\/li><li>Once registered, authors may <strong>log in, submit their manuscripts<\/strong>, and <strong>monitor peer review status<\/strong>.<\/li><li>After receiving the acceptance notification for full manuscripts, authors must proceed with <strong data-start=\"164\" data-end=\"180\">registration<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"185\" data-end=\"196\">payment<\/strong> within the <strong data-start=\"208\" data-end=\"230\">specified deadline<\/strong>. Only submissions with completed registration and payment will be included in the <strong data-start=\"313\" data-end=\"330\">final program<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"361\">conference proceedings<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Only <strong>accepted and presented papers<\/strong> will be included in the <strong>official conference proceedings<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Registration Categories and Fees<\/strong><\/p><p>(Details will be announced soon on the conference website.) To be eligible, the <strong data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"804\">presenting author must attend and present<\/strong> the work at the conference.<\/li><li><strong>All registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Domestic payments<\/strong> should be made in <strong>Thai Baht (THB)<\/strong>. <strong>International payments<\/strong> should be made in <strong>US Dollars (USD)<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the registrant<\/strong>.
