Registration Information

All participants—including speakers and general attendees—are required to complete the registration process to attend TSME-ICoME 2026. For authors, registration is mandatory before presenting at the conference.

Submission and Registration Process

  • First-time authors must first create an account on the TSME-ICoME 2026 submission system via the link provided at the top of the website.
  • Once registered, authors may log in, submit their manuscripts, and monitor peer review status.
  • After receiving the acceptance notification for full manuscripts, authors must proceed with registration and payment within the specified deadline. Only submissions with completed registration and payment will be included in the final program and conference proceedings.
  • Only accepted and presented papers will be included in the official conference proceedings.
  • Any paper which does not have a registration within 30 Nov 2026 will be removed from the conference program.

Registration Categories and Fees

(Details will be announced soon on the conference website.) Registration fees vary based on participant category (e.g., presenter, attendee, student) and selected publication track.

Important Notes:

Publishing in AIP or JRAME may take longer than publishing in the TSME-ICoME Proceedings. If timing is a priority, authors are encouraged to select the TSME-ICoME Proceedings track, which typically completes publication within 1–2 months after the conference.

  • Choose “TSME-ICoME Proceedings” if you wish to publish in the official conference proceedings.
  • Choose “AIP” if you intend to publish in AIP Conference Proceedings (Scopus-indexed).
  • Choose “Extended Abstract” if you wish to present your work without full paper publication.
  • Manuscripts from Track 1 (TSME-ICoME Proceedings) and Track 3 (Extended Abstract) may be selected and invited by the JRAME Editorial Board for further development and publication in the Journal of Research and Applications in Mechanical Engineering (JRAME) (Scopus-indexed, Q4). To be eligible, the presenting author must attend and present the work at the conference.
  • All registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Domestic payments should be made in Thai Baht (THB). International payments should be made in US Dollars (USD).
  • Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the registrant. Please ensure the full registration fee is received.
  • Each speaker registration covers one accepted paper presentation. Any paper which does not have a registration within 30 Nov 2026 will be removed from the conference program.
  • Only papers that are accepted and presented will be published in the conference proceedings or associated publications.
  • Registration fees include lunch (December 16–18) and the Banquet (December 17).
  • Payment options include  bank transfer (Due to the recent restructuring of the Thai Society of Mechanical Engineers’ payment system, credit card payment is currently unavailable).

Payment Instructions

Payment details for bank transfer will be provided after the peer-review process is complete and the official acceptance notification has been issued. Please do not proceed with payment until you have received this notification.
