TSME‑ICoME 2026 is committed to publishing proceedings that meet international standards of scientific quality, research integrity, and scholarly value. The conference recognizes that proceedings papers serve as permanent scientific records and therefore implements a rigorous editorial and peer-review process designed to ensure that all accepted manuscripts make meaningful and reliable contributions to the mechanical engineering community.

The conference adopts a structured review process based on the principles outlined by AIP Publishing for conference proceedings. All submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening, similarity checking, independent expert review, revision evaluation, and final editorial assessment before acceptance for publication. 1. Conference Submission Management System

2. Type of Peer Review

Double-Anonymous Peer Review

TSME‑ICoME 2026 employs a double-anonymous (double-blind) peer-review process.

Under this model:

The Conference Chair provides strategic oversight of the conference and ensures that all publication activities comply with international scholarly publishing standards.

4. Number of Reviews Required per Paper

Every manuscript submitted to TSME‑ICoME 2026 receives:

6. Similarity Checks and Publication Integrity Screening

Every submitted manuscript undergoes mandatory similarity screening using Turnitin before a final publication decision is made.

The Turnitin report is reviewed by the editorial team to identify:
