Instruction for Authors

Author’s Guidelines

All manuscripts submitted for presentation at TSME-ICoME 2026 will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality and relevance.

A notable feature of TSME-ICoME 2026 is the implementation of a three-track submission system, designed to accommodate different publication preferences and academic goals:

Track 1: Full Paper – to be published in the TSME-ICoME Proceedings

Track 2: Full Paper – to be considered for publication in the AIP Conference Proceedings (Scopus-indexed)

Track 3: Extended Abstract – for authors who wish to present their work without full-paper publication. Accepted extended abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts, which will be distributed in printed format during the conference only.

Note:

  • The Book of Abstracts will not be uploaded to the TSME website.
  •  Extended abstracts will not appear in the TSME-ICoME Proceedings

Authors are required to carefully follow the submission guidelines and select the appropriate track that aligns with their intended publication outcome.

Special Note:

High-quality manuscripts from Track 1 and extended abstracts from Track 3 will be selected by the Editorial Board of JRAME for further consideration and potential publication in the Journal of Research and Applications in Mechanical Engineering (JRAME), which is indexed in Scopus (Quartile 4).

Submissions from Track 1 and Track 3 that are selected and invited by the JRAME Editorial Board for full manuscript development and subsequently accepted after peer review will not be included in the TSME-ICoME 2026 Conference Proceedings. However, if the manuscript is not accepted by JRAME, it will revert to the originally submitted track for standard processing and publication.

AIP’s decision is final, and registration fees are non-refundable regardless of acceptance outcome
